Ten years ago, ‘Dance Fitness with Holta’ began as a way for me to release stress, regulate my nervous system, and feel like myself again. It wasn’t about discipline or aesthetics. It was about finding something that felt good enough to return to — again and again.

As my life and career evolved, so did my relationship with movement and wellness comprehensively. I became NASM-certified, earned my Integrative Nutrition certification, and completed my Behavior Change Specialization.

Through it all, I learned that movement can be both joyful and effective — and that healing and change are active practices, not one-time decisions or destinations.

Dance Your Way Back is an invitation to dance your way back to yourself!

This 10-day movement journey takes us all the way back in time to the dance fitness tracks that birthed "Dance Fitness With Holta" exactly 10 years ago. But what's even cooler is for the first time ever…the full Sweat & Heal playlist - including six never-before-seen tracks - can now be accessed in one place.

The program is intentionally designed in three parts: "Where We’ve Been", "Where We Are", and "Where We’re Going" — honoring both the evolution of Dance Fitness with Holta and our individual wellness journeys.

Each day was designed to help you reconnect with joy, confidence, strength, and softness, using music-driven movement as both a release and a practice.

There are ten beautifully curated workouts, in honor of the ten-year anniversary of Dance Fitness with Holta. Each workout is only 25 to 30 minutes each - only 2% of your day, intentionally made to fit in anyone's busy schedule. 

The workouts can be done from anywhere, at any time and are not only fun, but extremely effective.
